Design & Gardening Packages

1. THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is to discuss the potential for your garden and discover your aspirations, your purpose and styles you love. It’s about sharing information, learning of your likes and dislikes. At the consultation, allow up to an hour or more. It will include a site tour and general discussion.

Initial consultation – $100

2.  THE CONCEPT SKETCH

After a discussion with you and the establishment of a brief to work from (your wish list), we conduct a site analysis and/or use your house plans to create a Site Plan of the existing conditions.

Next, using your ‘wish list’, we sketch out a plan showing your future outdoor space.

At this stage we will provide you with suggestions for implementation in the construction of your project.

Concept Sketch – $500

3. THE PLANTING SCHEME

Plants for your garden are selected that will complement the style of the project. A list of plants, their pot size at planting, the quantities required and the location of each, are thoroughly detailed. This like all aspects of the design is finalised only after you are satisfied that the plants chosen are all to your liking.

Planting Scheme – $100

TOTAL PACKAGE FOR OPTIONS 1-3 – $600 (SAVE $100)

4.THE CONSTRUCTION

On completion of all drawings we then move into the project building phase. We provide the complete project management service to you right from the initial design phase to scheduling the various contractors and installers, – whatever the project requires.

Construction – A detailed quotation will be provided

5. THE MAINTENANCE

For those wishing to not only maintain but also enhance their garden, then engaging a horticulturist is a wise choice. After we have completed your landscape project we can arrange for your garden to receive regular maintenance and ensure your investment is kept to its best potential.

Maintenance – at our current hourly rate

6. DIY TAILORED MAINTENANCE GUIDE

If you would like to maintain the garden yourself, I can tailor a maintenance schedule for each season that is specifically suited to your garden.

Maintenance Guide – $150

7. GARDEN MENTORING

If you love gardening but would like some professional guidance, let us work together in your garden and I can show you the best techniques to improve your garden.

8. GARDEN ADVICE CONSULTATION

This is an exciting opportunity to learn about your garden needs and challenges. We will discuss what is important to you, including how you would like to your garden to look, feel and support your needs. We can offer advice on plant selection, garden health or perhaps how to prune correctly.
